CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event Of Cancellation from the Organizer’s Side due to unavoidable Circumstances, we will make an
effort to transfer the booking to another departure. If the Client declines the Option to transfer the booking to another group, there will be no refund. If the Cancellation Occurs from the Client’s Side after registration at any point in time, no refund Or adjustment Of the booking amount will be provided. Refund Policy: Before 60 Days: 30% Of the package Cost will be deducted. 60-45 Days: 50% Of the package Cost will be deduCted.45-0 Days: 100% Of the package Cost, i.e., no refund. Change Of Departure Date: Unexplored Nh reserve’s the
right to Change the Client’s booking date in Case Of a Customer request before 60 days prior to departure.
Note: NO refund will be provided On unutilized Services Of the packages, if any. “In Case a Client requests to Change the name Of the guest, it is not allowed, and Team NH reserves the right to Charge for it.”
