• Daily breakfast and Dinner at the hotel Day 2nd Start from dinner and Day 5th End
• With breakfast.
• Sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Services of a knowledgeable driver cum guide.

Exclusions:

• Any airfare or train tickets to reach Delhi.
• Meals other than breakfast.
• Entry fees to monuments, parks, or any other attractions unless specified.
• Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, telephone bills, and shopping.
• Any adventure activities or additional services not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Travel insurance.
• Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities,
• flight/train delays or cancellations, strikes, or any other incidents beyond our
  control.
• All applicable taxes and tolls.

General Terms & Conditions:

1- Confirmation and Payment:

• The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable advance
  payment.
• The remaining amount must be cleared before the start of the trip.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Any cancellation made prior to the trip may incur cancellation charges as per the company’s policy.
• The refund, if applicable, will be processed as per the company’s policy.

3. Itinerary Changes:

• The itinerary is subject to change based on local conditions, unforeseen
• circumstances, or any factors beyond our control.
• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary.

4. Travel Insurance:

• It is recommended to have travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of baggage.

5. Liability:

• The company and its affiliates shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused during the trip.
• Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings and travel at their own risk.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to follow local rules, regulations, and customs during the trip.
• Any behavior that is illegal, disrespectful, or harmful to others will not be tolerated.

• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance fees, adventure activities, and guide

• Any other personal expenses.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax) excluded.
• Visits to valleys like Aru Valley and Betaab
• Valley will be at your own cost.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation prior to departure/check-in date: Booking amount is not refundable.
• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, a 40%
• Cancellation fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
• If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start
• date of the trip, an 80% cancellation fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
• If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start of the trip, a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
